How to write a college admission essay?

I'm really nervous about my essayportion for college applications; I'm graduating high school in the spring so Ifeel like I have very little time to apply. I'm clueless what I can write aboutthat will actually interest admission leaders. If it helps: I'd like to be apsychology major, and become sometime of therapist.
